During his professional career of more than 26 years, attorney-at-law Dariaus Balčiūno has accumulated experience in legal work in both the public and private sectors. He worked for five years at the Vilnius Regional Prosecutor's Office, where he assisted the chief prosecutor of the division in pre-trial investigations of complex financial crimes and cybercrimes. For several years, he worked with corporate clients in the logistics sector, advising on commercial law, International and European Union Law, contracts and successfully representing in legal disputes. He specializes in the field of migration law – he represents clients in the Migration Department, courts of various instances, as well as prepares procedural documents and helps to effectively solve complex issues related to the legal status of foreigners in Lithuania.
